1. Abra Outlook.
2. Haga clic en el menú de "Herramientas" y entonces escoja "Configuración de la cuenta . ..”
3. De "Correo Electrónico " escoga "Nuevo" y de clic.
4. Haga clic en "Próximo" en "Agregar Nueva Cuenta de CORREO ELECTRONICO".
5. Verifique la caja "configura manualmente las preferencias del servidor o tipos adicionales ".
6. De clic en "Próximo" para continuar con la selección de CORREO ELECTRONICO de Internet.
7. En la sección de Información de Usuario, ingrese su nombre y dirección correo electrónico.
8. En la sección de Información del servidor, seleccione el de tipo cuenta POP3.
9. Ingrese su servidor entrante y saliente de correspondencia (ejemplo:mail.misitio.com).
10. En la sección de Información de Entrada, ingrese su dirección correo electrónico como su nombre de usuario y la contraseña correspondiente.
11. Haga clic en "más preferencias " y de clic en la pestaña "Servidor saliente". Active "Mi servidor saliente (SMTP) requiere autenticación".
12. Haga clic "ok" y entonces clic en el "terminar".

Si usted ha configurado todo correctamente, usted debe poder "mandar y recibir" sin ningun error.

1. Open Outlook.
2. Click on the "Tools" menu and then select "Account Settings."
3. From the "Email" tab, click on the "New..." button.
4. Click the "Next" button on the "Add New E-mail Account" window.
5. Check the "Manually configure server settings or addional server types" box.
6. Click on the "Next" button to continue with the Internet E-mail selection.
7. In the User Information section, enter your name and email address.
8. In the Server Information section, select the account type POP3.
9. Enter your incoming and outgoing mail servers (Ex. mail.misitio.com)).
10. In the Login Information section, enter your email address as your username and the corresponding password.
11. Click on the "More Settings" button and click on the "Outgoing Server" tab. Enable "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication."
12. Click "OK" and then click on "Finish."

If you've configured everything correctly, you should be able to "Send/Receive" with no errors.
